How do I add, change or cancel a subscription?
- Open the Tatum Dashboard
- Go to API keys
- Click the API key you want to add or make changes to its paid plan
Example: - Click the button [Options] and find [Change plan] or [Cancel subscription]
Example: - Proceed with the next steps to either change the plan or cancel.
When will subscription charges stop?
After canceling a paid plan, you won't be charged again. If you change your paid plan with time left in your billing period, you can use the paid API key until it cancels automatically at the end of the billing period.
If you want to cancel a PAID plan but still use our services, we recommend changing the plan to a lower paid tier or FREE. API keys are revoked and changed when:
- Upgrading from FREE to a PAID plan
- Downgrading from PAID to a FREE plan
I want a refund
Tatum services are subscription based, where a subscription may be stopped anytime. You will be billed up to the end of the subscribed time period.
Tatum subscription services are generally non-refundable. Additional information is available in Tatum Service Agreement.
