Virtual Account - Sync with Blockchain

Modified on Tue, 20 Dec 2022 at 12:29 PM

The time required for a blockchain transaction to get confirmed varies from chain to chain and chain load.

This means that when a blockchain transaction stays in the mempool for hours before getting confirmed, if that transaction is linked to an address from a Virtual Account, said Virtual Account balance will also take the same hours and then a few additional seconds to be updated.

Virtual Accounts' average confirmation and sync time:

  • BTC: Time to confirm Tx && ~1 minute
  • EVM chains: Time to confirm Tx && ~1 minute
  • Solana: Time to confirm Tx && ~1 minute

Virtual Accounts balance is updated with confirmed blockchain operations, with a delay of approximate 1 minute.
