How to cancel or change your paid plan

  1. Log in to the Dashboard
  2. On the right upper side of the page, click the [...] button to see the Menu
  3. Click on [My plan]
  4. Click on [Manage Plan]
  5. On the page, you may:
    • Cancel the paid plan
    • Change your card details
    • Update your billing information


I want a refund

Tatum services are subscription-based, where a subscription may be stopped anytime. 

You will be billed up to the end of the subscribed time period.


Tatum subscription services are generally non-refundable. Additional information is available in the Terms of Use.
